The Town of Odessa takes great pride in its two parks; the Old Academy Park located behind the Town Office and Odessa Memorial Park located on Rt. 299 west of Town.

Odessa Memorial Park boasts a new playground as well as a 1/4 mile walking/biking path and a basketball court.  The large field accommodates local soccer, baseball and football leagues and is an ideal setting for school picnics, family reunions, and other special events.

Old Academy Park offers a quieter setting with play equipment, picnic tables, and a tennis court.

HOST YOUR EVENT AT OUR PARK!!  Click here for a park permit application and guidelines.  A permit is required for all group events and organized activities.  Use of the park is FREE!  The Town will gladly accept donations, which will be used for equipment maintenance, toilet rental, and community events.

Both parks are maintained by volunteers, who respectfully request that you keep all pets on a leash and that you remove all trash and pet excrement for which you are responsible.  Parks close at dusk.  Alcohol not permitted.

Halloween in the Park - In Odessa Memorial Park on Sunday, October 26, 2008 was a successful and fun event for all. Thank you to all that donated both supplies and their volunteer time. Many thanks go to JESSICA, JANE & JUNE for their tireless efforts coordinating this wonderful event!
